Požadujeme:
- Min. 10 years indirect or direct procurement experience in international environment
- Bachelor’s degree in the field of Engineering, Supply Chain or business administration, master’s degree is a plus.
- Cultural awareness EMEA (as that position is a regional function)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to network and establish and maintain good working relationships cross-functionally.
- Can-do and go-get attitude, entrepreneurial way of thinking, ability to adapt to a dynamic environment.
- Fluent in English, other European is of advantage
Pracovní náplň:
The Indirect Procurement Country Manager, CEE is responsible to lead strategic activities for Indirect Procurement in CEE region (Czech Republic, Poland and Turkey). He / She secures the successful supply of indirect goods and services and leads assigned spend categories. He / She works closely with local stakeholders to identify, evaluate and implement cost reduction ideas, improve WADPO and improve overall efficiency of the process.
- Leads, drives, prioritises, and implements cost improvement strategies.
- Ensure compliance with regional and local regulatory requirements.
- Partner with Functional Leaders to ensure business reviews are conducted as needed at a regular cadence.
- Drives execution of strategies in working in close cooperation with stakeholders.
